We believe in a personalized approach to health that combines personal training and nutrition, and maintain that each is equally important and dependent on the other. True weight loss comes from a change in lifestyle, not a quick fix, and our philosophy is not a “one size fits all” mentality. Each person is at a different stage in their life and must learn what works for them and their body. We are here to encourage, offer support and would be glad to give you a swift kick if you need it! All kidding aside, we’re available to help and will not push you to do something you are not ready to do…this is about YOU.
We might seem contradictory to what you are used to. We focus on total wellness including emotional addictions to food as well as addressing your physical health. We believe in the benefits of whole foods rather than the “quick fix” of pills and supplements that the advertisements want you to believe. Food is a life source and can heal your body just as easily as it can destroy it. Fuel your body for it to reach its full potential for working out…and life!
We encourage baby steps for lasting results and structure our group training classes in a boot camp type environment. Is it hard? Absolutely! You wouldn't pay us to sugar coat everything! (No pun intended) We encourage a work hard/rest hard philosophy and believe the body needs time to heal and recuperate after our strenuous workouts. If you follow these basic principles you will start to feel more purposeful in life, have more energy, sleep better and with some time, enjoy making healthier food choices. We are living proof that when these choices merge, your life will improve.
